The base measures:
150mm wide X 25mm tall X 100mm slot

The slot is 100mm however I recommend doing 96mm wide. The led strip inside has a slight lip on the plugin side which may make the acrylic piece slightly tilted if you do a full 101mm cutout.

Slot fits 4mm acrylic perfect and even 3mm works great. I use 3mm with it since its more readily available and it works great.
